I don’t like to floss. Never cared for it as my teeth are tight and the string always breaks. I have been using these dental picks from GUM for several years now and my Hygienist really appreciates it. She still wants me to floss, but she does admit that my gums have stopped receding and she doesn’t have to spend so much time cleaning my teeth. I do go through a bunch of these, using them after every meal and after a late night snack. I use them while in front of the computer or watching TV.

I just had braces put on and needed a quick way to clean between my teeth until I am able to brush. These are perfect! They usually hold up for full mouth but sometimes have to use one for upper and one for lower. The ridges are perfect and the taper allows you to get in between teeth that are close together. I just ordered another batch.

Been using these for years. Found them at a great price and so scooped up this multi pack. Easier than classical flossing but not as good according to the dental literature. However I have been using these almost exclusively for years and my dental checkups have been pristine. Would recommend using these if you are not a great flosser as cleaning between the teeth is critical for dental hygiene.
