I’ve tried regular coconut oil but can’t stand waiting for it to melt in my mouth. I found myself dreading and avoiding doing this important step in the mornings. I also tried the cinnamon flavored oil that guru nanda puts out but my teeth sensitivity came back while using that bottle. I’ll be sticking with this one from here on out!!! Makes a huge difference in my sensitivity when I skip days. I also bought the travel sticks so I can use this while on vacations or away for the night. It’s so much easier than taking the whole bottle.

The coconut and mint isn’t an overwhelming taste and it is a thinner consistency so it’s easy to swish around. Please read the instructions .My mouth felt fresh after using and the included tongue scraper is a nice addition. I highly recommend this product. Not for sure about the whitening.

I got a wonderful report from my dentist after just a few months.
This was the first time, in a long time that I smiled all the way home. I never got good reports. My dentist had been trying to convince me to have some very expensive work done. I’m so happy I tried Guru Nada before I had that work done. I don’t need it now.
Please use it for ten minutes each time as recommended. At first I thought it would be hassle but it wasn’t at all. I found plenty to do while I gargled. I don’t even think about anymore.
Trust me, it is going to make you smile and save you a lot of $$$.

I can’t speak for everyone but it works well for me. I have been to the dentist and haven’t had any issues with my teeth or gums. I noticed that if I don’t use it for a couple of days or I run out and don’t have any more, I have pain in my teeth and gums. I will continue to use it and keep some extra on hand so I don’t run out. The price is worth it to have a healthy mouth. I do like the toothbrushes and the tongue scraper that comes with each bottle as well.

I read the reviews that said the taste was horrible or made someone gag. I did not find that to be true for me. I like the taste and have no difficulty in keeping it in my mouth for the 20-30 minutes. I do spit it in the garbage as recommended. I really like the tongue scraper. It is very heavy duty and works really well. I’ve had plastic ones in the past. This is soooo much better! I’ve only been using the product for a couple of weeks. I do feel my ttmeeth are getting bit whiter and they do feel cleaner. I will keep using and have recommended to family and friends.
