This product is used for flossing teeth with high powered water. It helped me to keep my teeth and gums cleaner and, therefore, healthier. I did have a problem with this machine, however. It stopped working after approximately 9 months. There is a 12 month warranty on this machine.I contacted the manufacturer , with assistance from Amazon, and was very impressed with the willingness of the manufacturer to make the situation right. Within several days I had heard from the representative of the manufacturer and it was quickly determined that they would send me a new machine. I incurred no costs and the representative was very kind and knowledgeable. This is something that we don’t often see these days and I am happy to share that they were stellar in this area. I am using my new H20 flosser, it’s working well and I am very thankful for the ease in which this all transpired. I’m hoping that this one lasts me well through the warranty. However, if. It does not, I trust that all will be well.

1/3/23 First time I charged it and used it, I was impressed. Thorough cleaning, much better and easier than flossing. Before going away for two weeks, I charged it again and brought it with me. The first time I used it while I was away, it made a high pitched sound – other reviewers talked about this – and it went dead. When I got back home I charged it again. Nada – other than the high pitched sound. I am very disappointed.
1/13/23 I decided to try buying another one, and to buy an additional warrantee (about $2.00) b/c my dental technician HAD told me it would really help my gums, and, as I wrote above, WHEN it worked, it worked great. So far so good. Additionally the sellers contacted me and provided me with a FULL REFUND for my original H20 flosser. If there are problems once it goes through several charges I will definitely report back. If you don’t hear back, it is because all is well.
2/23/23 Totally disappointing. My second flosser broke down in the same way that the first one did. Charged it for the second time and….crickets….high pitched sound and nada.
I reread all the instructions, then I wrote the manufacturer saying, “What am I doing wrong?” All I got was a canned message and a refund. I WILL NOT BUY THIS AGAIN. I WILL TELL MY DENTIST ABOUT THIS AND ASK HER NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO HER PATIENTS.

It’s easy to use, charges with usb, has several attachments with a nice case for traveling. It is large, but not heavy or awkward to hold. I like that it’s cordless & can be used at any angle. The flosser easily displays power, mode, and from low to high, along with battery power, and it’s easy to fill the tank. I had major oral surgery this week & never used a water flosser before, so this was a new & rather comical experience. I purchased this one because of the various attachments & more mode options. I wanted something with a very low stream mode option. This flosser had the best range of stream options, and accessories all at a great price, with a carry bag.
One thing I wish was different is that I didn’t have to press the power button off to stop. As a newbie & someone with hand function problems I’d prefer a power button then another button you can hold down & let go to stop it. In general I think it’s great, when trying the buttons I had no idea when I pressed power the water would stream out, it was on high so my ceiling got a little rinse 😂 That was my fault, not an issue with the flosser.
I also wish there was a mode for even lower or manual stream option because the low stream seem a bit to strong for me right now. Again, it could be because I never used one & just had surgery that the low seemed kind of strong to me. Either way I’ll stick with low for now.
As I said 2 MINOR things I’d preferred are another stream button & lower or manual mode option, but that’s just my preference. It wasn’t leaking or anything as others mentioned. I just need to get used to it, overall I definitely recommend this flosser. I’m sure it will also help my husband & 19 year old son who still doesn’t floss. I highly suggest this flosser, especially if you travel, it’s easy to pack up.

Like the title states, this water flosser was perfect until it stopped working. It’s the only water flosser I saw that came with a carrying case and a container so I had to get it when I saw it!
The flosser its self is a nice size and very powerful! It also came with a rubber band to hold the charger cord together and pockets inside the case to hold things in (SUPER HELPFUL FOR STORAGE AND TRAVEL.)
It has 5 settings and I really only use the first one because of how powerful the pressure is on the others and loved using the different attachment heads but within 6 months of use the device will power on but won’t have any water come out to use the flosser. It’ll make nose like it wants to work but doesn’t. I’ve tried charging it but still nothing.

I highly recommend this product and use it every day; my dentist has said there’s a noticeable positive change in my teeth. I also put a little bleach inside to help kill bacteria. For my uses I prefer the periodontics’ head. The charge lasts a LONG time and over a year I think maybe I’ve charged it 4 times total. It has a nice pouch and I take it with me on short and long international travels; it is a regular part of my travel kit. It comes with plenty of heads that work for everyone’s different needs and you can buy replacements, also.
A year out it did stop working but the company gave me the opportunity of a refund or replacement. The whole process took less than a day of emails and I consider this excellent customer service.
