Got it for my wife who absolutely loves it.
It’s much quieter than her old one, enough so that we can actually have somewhat of a conversation without yelling at one another while she uses it. This doesn’t diminish the power of it though as the air flow is still really good. It does have a slight whistle to it but it’s almost unnoticeable the more you use it.
The temp switch is also a toggle and not a hold button so it’s easy enough to go from hot to cold. Also very lightweight and easy to use for long periods of time.
Update 5-15-2024
I’ve had the blower for just about a month and problems began. After some regular use, about 3 – 4 times a week for about 5-15 minutes each the hair dryer began emitting a burning smell from inside of it. Shortly after the power of the blower became drastically reduced until the point it was blowing at less than half it’s initial force. The whistle noise I mentioned before is now much louder and more present which I recognize as a motor failing. Unfortunately for however good the initial blower was I can’t recommend it for longevity.
It’s an extreme shame because it was a fantastic hair dryer when I first got it.

I ordered this Truwelby hair dryer in grey. This product is manufactured by “DOCO Lab” (the manufacturer’s name is also printed on the hair dryer handle but not otherwise mentioned anywhere). The model name/number is “AIR Turbo H800.” It has two speeds, and 4 temperature settings. There’s an LED light ring that changes colors to blue, orange, red, and green, when you select different temperatures (e..g, hot red vs. room temperature blue). It pulls air from the base where the power cable is attached, as opposed to the back. There’s also a mesh filter on the air intake area (i.e., base) to help stop your hair from getting vacuumed into the dryer.
In summary, this is a small, compact, lightweight, and efficient hair dryer. There’s a limited number of attachments (i.e., just the 1x air focuser) and the hair dryer has pretty basic functionality. That makes it easy to use, and there’s only 2 buttons. It would be good to take for traveling. It’s also not that all that noisy for a hair dryer. The LED light ring is a nice touch. It does seem a bit pricy though for what you get.

I love this light weight hair dryer. It’s has a lot of power and I am able to dry my 4c hair in several mintues. With my old dryer my arm would cramp after a minute, I did not have any problems handling this dryer at all. It also comes with a nice attachment I use to focus on my roots.

My daughter moved back home for a few weeks while her place was being repaired, and I fell in love her Dyson hair dryer. It was so impressive that after she left, I was ready to splurge on one myself, despite the $500+ tax price.
But luckily, I saw this one first and decided to give it a try.
I’m just as thrilled with this dryer as I was with the Dyson.
It’s lightweight yet incredibly powerful, and dries my hair in just a few minutes.
It has three heat settings, which are easy to adjust while drying, and the ring lights up to show which setting you’re using which is a cool feature.
My hair is thin and tends to frizz, but since I started using this dryer, I haven’t needed to use a flat iron at all.
The dryer is magnetic and fits perfectly on a generic magnetic holder I bought.
However, I’m unsure if other generic attachments would work with it, which is the only thing I wish it came with.
More attachments would be nice, so fingers crossed that happens soon.
So, overall I’m very very happy with this product and would highly recommend it!
