These vitamins are fantastic. I waited for quite some time before giving a review, but now that I’ve been using this product for over a year I can honestly say it works! I was noticing significant hair loss, so I initially looked into a competing brand when I saw this brand, which actually received better reviews. It was also less expensive then the competition. You’ll notice a change within 3-6 months of using. Even my hair dresser noticed a big difference. The only downside is a not so great aftertaste, but nothing that would keep you from using. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My boyfriend told me over the weekend, he loves how long my hair is getting. By the way, DO NOT take these vitamins in an empty tummy … please make sure you take them with food. Where to start.. this vitamin has been my holy grail. I’m in my 30s and I noticed my hair was thinning and ignored it thinking it would just get better. Well, unfortunately it didn’t. I took my time, visited my dermatologist, did my research and landed on this vitamin. I will say at first my stomach had a hard time digesting it but after about a month it got much better (please take them with food). My hair is now growing on my hairline where I haven’t seen hair in years. It takes time though. They are baby hairs, but clearly your hair has to start somewhere. I’m on month three of taking these. I would also like to note that it was recommended to me to also take omega 3 which I am taking in combination which I believe has also helped. It may not be for everyone but unfortunately there is no quick fix to hair growth. Be consistent, it will pay off!

I’ve tried to make this product work for about a month. I started noticing some bloating so I stopped taking it for a few weeks after eliminating other things that could cause this issue. I went back on it, things seemed to be fine and I noticed mild bloating but nothing major. Now after a few weeks I’m convinced this supplement could be the reason. My body has major bloating, my skin has started breaking out and my body has also been trying to sweat out whatever it is causing the problem.
I’m not sure if anyone else has had these similar issues but after reading the reviews I did notice that there were complaints of skin and stomach issues. I thought I would pass along this info.

All my adult life I’ve taken hair supplements 1 a day when the price was $12 or more but, now everyone claims their supplement to be worth $70 or more a bottle where we need to hurry up to buy the next bottle taking 3 pills. My hair has always been 20 inch in length medium thickness I, have this 1 purchase on Amazon but, have purchase from the co. Hair La vie 6 mos I’m on my last bottle. My hair is still the same length but, thinner, I have always taken good care of myself my hair and I’m older however, shouldn’t after 6 mos I’d get a inch or some thickness $79 or more a bottle for 6 mos what a waste of $. I clearly had length so why not even a inch😆I wonder if these fancy pills are just dressed up in a bottle 🤔 now before, Hair La Vie I used Nutrafol I did see my hairline get fuller but, the cost worst than Hair La vie is why I switched. It makes little sense to consumers to pay such high price for something where there’s no guarantees it’s a lot $ most can’t afford. It really worked years back a simple hair vitamin 1 a day $12 today okay at $39.99 that has all the important nutrients. This product may work for others but, I’ve tested it long enough and I’m finished. Plan to do my homework to find a reasonable product that does the job not costing close to $100 per month. Wrong!!!

I feel that with things like these it very “hit or miss.” it had however helped my mom who has very thin hair and fragile nails. She’s noticed, as have I, that her hair seems fuller, isn’t easily prone to breakage, and that it’s not falling out as much as it used to. He nails are just beautiful, and she does her house work with out gloves. if your purchase it try the Subscribe offer so it’s not as expenssive, and cancle if by the end of two month syou don’t see slight change.

I have been buying this for over a year and I can’t say that I see a difference in my hair. I would really like to say it helps, but I can’t tell that it does. And it really costs a lot.
