What a damn nightmare! This product is the worst! I read so many good reviews and didnt pay attention to the bad reviews. Not even 10 seconds after applying it, my scalp started burning. When I ran to my bathroom to remove it I was in shock.. my thick curly long hair just started falling on the bathtub. I was in tears. I am Dominican and I love taking care of my hair, Amazon have amazing products for hair but this one shouldn’t be sold here or anywhere! I definitely requesting a refund. Do not buy or prepare to wear a wig

I recently tried this treatment, and even though I only left it on for 15 minutes instead of the recommended 60, the results were amazing. My thick, high porosity (frizzy), coarse hair felt noticeably softer and easier to manage. The product potency is strong, so I avoided my scalp and can see how it could cause damage if left too long. For anyone with dry, coarse hair looking for a smoother texture and faster drying time, this is a great option—just be mindful of the time left on the hair, and rinse very well with cold water.
Sometimes too many chemicals from these types of products can have adverse effects and actually dry out your hair more, so just be mindful, especially your first time using it.

I made the mistake of getting my hair cut by a stylist who clearly didn’t know what he was doing, completely shredded my hair with thinning shears, leaving my hair thin, dry and frizzy. I’ve been trying to manage this mess for a month now and then I found this product. Literally my holy grail, I can wear my hair down again and I feel somewhat normal after this ordeal. I can’t stress enough how smooth and soft my hair feels. My bf even noticed and he’s not a hair guy. I know there are some negative reviews, sometime things don’t always work out, but I’m telling you from someone who’s hair was incredibly damaged this stuff works!

I’m going on a month and a half after applying this treatment, and I am still largely frizz-free and my hair is significantly improved. I applied it (after using a clarifying shampoo) but did not rinse it. I simply blow-dried my hair fully and tried to methodically straighten little bits 5-10 times each. I didn’t wait 48 hours to wash; I waited about 28 hours. My less-than-professional effort was quite enough for a fantastic result. I could probably wait longer to do it again but I’m probably going to apply it in a few days. It does irritate my eyes, and I can’t vouch for its safety, but it really works to smooth hair out for a long time.

Gets your hair super soft and manageable without completely eliminating your curls. I do this treatment about once every 2 or 3 months and it’s changed my life. So much better than Keratin treatments or other Botox treatments I’ve tried. I use the Keratin method, apply evenly to the hair and wash out about 50-60% of product, then blow dry the hair with the remaining product and flat iron with about 5-10 passes per piece of hair. It’s wonderful! Only caveats: It stings your eyes, which is a bit unusual for a formaldehyde-free formula, but it’s not too bad. In the next wash after the Botox application, you will have crusty white pieces (dandruff-like) on your scalp for maybe 2 or 3 more washes. This is normal and is just product residue. It is not dandruff and nothing to be alarmed by. If you wish to remove it faster, I find oiling and massaging my hair before washing it helped to remove it. I use Mielle’s Rosemary Oil for this. Overall, amazing, will repurchase a few bottles in case it gets discontinued!
