The benefits are amazing!! But it is the absolute worst thing I have ever tasted! And drinking after it only makes it worse! Just ride it out don’t drink or eat anything immediately after. Take on an empty stomach. Great for digestive issues, skin issues etc

My skin is very sensitive and oily so I was skeptical about putting new things especially an oil on it but this really helped in clearing my skin(along with other facial products). Also use it in my hair haven’t seen any results as yet but hopefully I’ll be repunzel by the end of the year.
The scent might be overwhelming at first be doesn’t last long after application

This nigella oil is priced very fair and is of a good quality. It has that distinct gasoline flavor to it and has a nice deep yellow color to it. I’ve been enjoying the bottle I received, it still definitely better than some of the other brands I’ve tried.

Been using black castor oil on my face & hands. It seem to lighten sun damage & soften skin. This oil will be added to that , will see what happens.
