I don’t like the temperature of the connections tool, I believe that it is not hot enough and when i pressed the tip onto a keratin bond, the tip ends has a tendency to go in opposite directions (not together) when pressed together. Maybe the wand can only take a certain level of thin keratin bonds. my bonds are thicker, i have to hold the wand on the bond a long time in order to melt it.

As a stylist who spends hours at a time doing hair, the ergonomics of this tool works very well especially when having to set it down quickly and avoiding the wax getting everywhere. Still works to this day even after multiple extended periods of usage. Recommend this one if you want to avoid these kinds of tools shorting out on you!
