I really like this cleansing balm. I started using the banila co, but this was cheaper for more. I like it just as much. It effectively and efficiently melts off my makeup and rinses clean with water. I use it as my first cleanser in a double cleanse, since my water based cleanser can’t get that mascara. This can take down mascara with ease. I like that the top pops up, so I’m not unscrewing it every time. It has fragrance that smells good, but the smell thankfully doesn’t linger or irritate my very sensitive skin.

It’s easy to spread out on your skin, you don’t have to rub -like with many others, it just glides like a good massage oil. It quickly breakdown stubborn waterproof sunscreen, organic or inorganic, and it easily emulsify when adding water. And leaves your skin smooth abs ready for the next step.
The smell is quite pleasing, but I’d love to see a little less essential oils in it. -But it doesn’t stop me from using and LUVING it!

The negative rating is not for the product itself, its awesome (described in detail later), but rather for the improper amount I received and flimsy explanation I was given when bringing up the error.
I purchased and expected (2) 120ML containers, as that’s what is advertised and shown in the pictures. The 2 pack I received included only (2) 50ML containers. I was charged for 2 full size (120ML) containers and received less than half of what was expected.
I like to think this is a mistake but searching through the negative reviews for this product, it has been happening repeatedly since 2019. They offered me a refund and allowed me to keep the improperly listed containers I received but stated that it is their first time selling this product, it was not intentional and will be fixed. Again, you can find reviews with similar issues of improperly listed quantities dating as far back as 2019….
Seems they are fully aware and its not a problem for them or Amazon, they simply offer refunds to those, like myself, who caught the error, realized we were due WAY larger containers, and weren’t just swooning over how awesome this stuff is.
I’d see how easy it’d be to overlook the error after using this cleanser for the first time. The thing is this BALM is BOMB, very good, soft and creamy, dissolves into a white milky liquid as you clean your face and truly, it leaves it so soft. Like moisturizer soft. And THE SMELL, is so refreshing and its the only cleanser I use anymore.
Again the issue I have is with the incorrect amounts received and the excuse given. I do appreciate the refund and option to keep the product, but I can’t help but wonder how many people have paid for something they didn’t receive, and how much that adds up for this seller, as a profit not a problem.
***I suggest searching elsewhere for this balm if you truly love it and anticipate using it daily, this is the WORST PRICE POINT I’ve seen for the All Clean Balm. While guidelines prohibit me from advertising another seller, I suggest you Be Savvy and Search elsewhere. There are 2 packs of the All Clean Balm out there for as little as $24, and they truly are 120ml each, AMAZING DEAL compared to the tiny 50ML 2 packs received by this seller.

I’ve tried them all and this is my HG because it will effectively remove everything out of your pores and prep your skin to receive its nightly nutrition . Whether you wear heavy makeup , sunscreen , or bare face … every time you use it , your skin feels as if you did a peel. The trick is to take your time and massage in circular motion as long as you can , the longer the better because you can feel any blackheads or stubborn dry skin just lift off smooth if you massage long enough . So it is a peel at the same time . I’m always blown away how silky and soft my face feels when I rinse.

I was looking for a makeup remover that did the job correctly as in the past I was using makeup remover wipes which are not good for your skin at all. This product is amazing it takes all my makeup off my face effortlessly, even mascara and its not drying or stripping. It is rather a small package though which is why I got the two package deal. A major YES K skincare does it again.

This cleanser works really well to get make up off, it also smells nice, and comes with a little spatula so you don’t have to stick your fingers in the tub. The only slight downside was when I’d use this to wash off mascara, it left a kind of greasy film in my eyes and made them blurry if I wasn’t really careful rinsing it off.
