I LOVE Hempz’s products and haven’t found one yet I don’t like! This one smells very pretty, but “Ocean Breeze” is not what really comes to mind when I first tired it, more like a perfume…. Not that I really wanted to smell like dead fish on a low tide and salt water, so I’m not really complaining because it still smells amazing just the same, just not what I really was expecting or can really put my finger on what it DOES smell like, it is a nice scent still. It’s really not an overpowering scent like many have said, but it is definitely noticeable and I actually love how it doesn’t fade throughout the day like many cheap lotions tend to do…not that this product falls into that category, because IMHO it doesn’t, just an observation since I have tried many lotions over the years to find one that my skin actually likes since it is so sensitive and this one definitely is a keeper for me, as well as so many other Hempz lotions I’ve tried!
It makes my skin feel nice an hydrated, not really greasy or sticky and lasts a all day! I find myself at the end of the day trying to check the scent to see how it holds up and it checks out even after a hot day in FL summer heat, it still smells nice! If I use it before bed, I can still smell it the next day! I initially purchased this for more hydration when my skin started peeling after I got a little too much sun and it worked nicely for that purpose and keeps my existing tan looking nice as well! I would definitely purchase again, but won’t need to for a while since I already have two bottles on hand now. I may try another scent though just to change things up a bit. I had my eye on the Rose one so I might try that next even before I run out!

I love all hempz lotions, this is a new scent for me & it smells fresh like the ocean. The lotion works great without any oily or sticky after feel. I usually have a few scents around to trade off. Small changes bring endorphins!

This has a nice light scent and works well. Mainly use it on my hands and feet. Nice quality but a little on the expensive side. Very moisturizing, softens skin and doesn’t leave you feeling greasy.

I’m an avid Hempz user. I have super dry skin, I wash my hands constantly and have a career that’s rough on my hands. Hempz is the best lotion I’ve used. Soaks right in, actually hydrates, though some formulations are better than others. This one smells really nice, just strong enough. And it’s a little extra hydrating. I notice the different. I get ashy or crepey when I get really dry. This and the vitamin C version from Hempz are my two favorites, the go-tos. They are worth the cost.
Again, I have extra dry skin, so I do have to reapply a few times a day. Sometimes even within a couple hours of the last use. But I can’t use lotion during the day because of my job, and my hands are exposed to chemicals and abrasives, so my skin is extra thirsty. I can still give myself a manicure in the evening and take pics of my mani and you wouldn’t know what my hands were like before Hempz became part of my morning and evening routine.
