I’ve been using this a lot. But plastic particles are becoming a thing. Oil can become rancid, especially in plastic. You do get a good night sleep. The oil is medium to thick oil. And smooth to touch. You should apply after showering or wet skin. Very moisturizing . I apply all over body and hair
