  • hers minoxidil 2% topical solution is a hair regrowth treatment that penetrates into your scalp, activating hair follicles and extending your hair’s natural growth cycle. Clinically proven to regrow hair for thicker, fuller locks in 3 to 6 months
  • Regrowing your locks with hers minoxidil takes time, about 3 to 6 months of consistent twice daily application. At first, your new hair might look like “peach fuzz,” but with time it should become the same color and thickness as the other hairs on your scalp
  • Start using hers minoxidil solution on dry hair. Part your hair in a few rows to maximize scalp exposure. Squeeze 1 mL of solution over your hair loss area and allow it to absorb and dry completely before styling. For best results, use twice a day
  • When you start using hers minoxidil solution, you might see increased hair shedding. Don’t worry! This is temporary and a sign that minoxidil is working for you. If you continue losing hair after a month, stop using and contact your doctor
  • The average person has more than 100,000 hairs on their head. Shedding around 100 a day is totally normal and expected. Just remember that your daily hair loss may vary. But, if your numbers are consistently higher than average, you may be experiencing hair loss

After being on spironolactone and taking MSM and Collagen Powder daily for about 3 years, not noticing my hairline come back…I finally decided to try minoxidil. I waited this long because I know once you start you can’t stop if you want to keep the hair.
This is from using the 2% twice a day for 4 weeks exactly. My hair that I had already has gotten longer and my hairline is slowly coming back. I’m not sure if I went through the “shed” phase because with pcos I already shed alot 😕 buuuut 4 weeks in, I definitely noticed the shed minimize.
It does makes the scalp a bit dry but nothing an oil massage once or twice a week can’t fix. I wash My hair once a week with refreshing it with dry shampoo or curl refresh spray in between/ gym sessions….
Oh! It does make you sweat more from your scalp! Maybe because it increases the blood circulation and this results into more sweat? Not sure but that is one thing I have linked to it from using it. I have not noticed am increase of faciL hair (pcos girls Iykyk) but I apply with gloves and rub with gloves and then wash hands…because I’m not taking my chances of growing a mustache or beard hahahaha

Edit to add my 2 month update!! Yall this is just with 2.5%… I got the 5% so I can just do it once a day, since I go to the gym I feel I sweat out most of the am dose of the 2.5%..with the 5% I’ll just do it once after the gym.

My regular 5% minoxidil foam was unavailable, and was working great. When I transitioned to this, my hair started thinning as if I’d stopped treatments completely. I doubled the amount I was using and hair continued to thin as if I wasn’t using anything at all. I tried this for over a month and there was no improvement. I’m not sure if there was even minoxidil in the foam as it did not feel like the earlier foam and had absolutely no effect on hair griwth when I know this typically helps my hair growth. Since they do not have a return policy, I’ll be reporting this as a potential scam. I’m surprised reviews for this are so high.

Update: the company assured me that their product was authentic, but refunded my money since it was not working, so I revised my review. Maybe a bad batch? Don’t know, just know it didn’t work for me, when other brands had worked well.

The only reason I tried hers was because the product I was using disappeared from Amazon for a bit. One bottle is NOT a two month supply unless you are completely bald and have no hair to soak it up. I started my second bottle after 20 days. Sunyoo has tiny little bottles that actually last the month and leave your hair feeling soft. Hers feels like I left hairspray in my hair overnight and if you miss a day my hair sheds more than if I missed a day on my last product. Baffling how Hers is more expensive. I’ve had better, and they just put it back on Amazon. Thank goodness. These hair loss products are such a hassle trying to find out if they even work while your hair falls out.
*Update* for the sake of others. I kept using Hers while I waited for my old brand which arrived yesterday. Over the last 4 days my hair started falling out double time. And along with the sticky hairspray feeling, my scalp has been growing dry and itchy. JUST like Rogaine. Ditch the big name products ladies. Someone out there is trying to do better for your money. Second bottle is in the trash.

I’ve been using Hers Minoxidil 2% Topical Solution for just over a week now, and I’m already blown away by the results. Full disclosure: I’m also taking an oral daily prescription from Hers that includes several ingredients, including biotin and Minoxidil. I decided to do both because my hair loss had graduated from wide parts to larger patches of thinning hair in my crown that forced me into “combover” hairstyles that were just….depressing as a woman in her late 40s. I started using the oral pill first and the liquid solution a week later.

First off, application is incredibly easy—just a few drops on the affected areas of the scalp twice a day. The solution dries quickly and doesn’t leave any residue or greasiness, which is a big plus for me. The key is to massage it in, don’t fill the large dropper all the way and hold it upside down until you have it over the application area. Then gently tilt the dropper to apply it. You’ll control the liquid more easily and avoid wasting it. To get ahead of dry scalp, after the product is absorbed, I follow it with a few drops of argan oil a couple of times a week.

The real magic started happening around day five. I began noticing tiny, soft hairs sprouting up where my hair was thinning. It’s like a carpet of peach fuzz is starting to fill in those areas, promising the potential for real hair regrowth in the months to come. What’s more, I haven’t experienced any irritation or discomfort, which was a concern of mine before starting.

I’m looking forward to seeing even more progress over the next few months. For anyone struggling with hair thinning or loss, I highly recommend giving Hers Minoxidil 2% Topical Solution a try. It’s easy to use, non-invasive, and based on my early results, definitely worth the investment. I’m only giving it four stars because I feel it’s too early in the process for five, and I’m not just using the liquid alone. Here’s to healthier, more confident hair days ahead!

Started using all the HERS products after I had surgery last year and my hair was thinning terribly, probably from anesthesia. 7 mos and I think my hair is thicker and has more body that it never has had!!
