So my hair is pretty thick and gets oily kind of fast and after drying the roots of my hair we’re separating and still looked almost wet I don’t know what the issue was for sure but I tried a couple different things to make this stuff work and it just didn’t work out for me maybe if you have thinner dry hair it would be better smelt really good though

Okay, I’m starting this off by saying I have 4b/4c hair. I’m not sure if it’s low porosity or high, but my hair takes a long time to get wet, but dries very quickly. My hair was DRY-dry before using this. Like, I moisturized it two days ago, and it felt like straw within hours. My hair currently feels the best it’s felt in years. It smells A-MA-ZING. like. heavenly. It lathers SUPER well. The shampoo cleanses well without being overly stripping, and the conditioner moisturizes well. I plan on moisturizing twice a week, shampooing once. This product has become my new kinky hair holy grail. I was so nervous to try Japanese products because I assumed they weren’t made for black hair, but this one WORKED. My hands are baby smooth. 100/10, I would recommend to everyone.

So one thing to know about this is that it will last very long, I’ve had it for about 3 months and it still is more than halfway long the instant I apply the shampoo to my scalp It feels very cleansed and less dry. The scent is very honey like and it smells very nice altogether, I do however recommend you pair this with the fino hair mask to add that shiny silky hair, paired with this your hair will be very moisturized and shiny. My only problem with this is that when in a place like at school, your hair will become dry in about 2-3 hours, I do not blame the product though, since of course hair will be exposed to humidity and often become dry.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner set after seeing someone that I follow talk about it. My hair is really dry so I thought it was worth a try. I instantly loved it! Smells great and leaves my hair feeling silky soft.
Once the bottle finished I thought I could go back to my left over shampoo and conditioner bottles to finish those out, but I was wrong. My hair was just not silky smooth like it is when I use this product. I quickly ditched my left overs and repurchased another set. They are a little expensive but worth every penny!

I have a lot of very thick, frizzy hair and an oily scalp so finding a hydrating shampoo and conditioner is a struggle. All the top clarifying shampoos on the market seemed to either be too moisturizing and make my hair heavy and lifeless, or it would be too drying and frizz out my baby hairs and bangs. Some products would even leave my scalp smelly after a day or two no matter how thoroughly I rinsed so I guess I might be sensitive to some stuff that’s throwing off my scalp’s PH?
Gave this a whack after reading up about Japanese haircare and I was floored. After the first rinse and wash I let my hair air dry while blasting my car’s AC as I drove 5 minutes to Starbucks and back. I stepped out looking like I had the softest, silkiest natural blowout. I figured “that can’t be right” but it kept happening whenever I drove with damp hair so I can only imagine what actually blow drying would result in. I don’t use any other leave-ins or sprays either.
The shampoo smells pleasant but very strong IMO, it stays locked into the roots for days and no more stinky scalp, so I call it a win. Not much to say about the conditioner other than it’s thick and creamy so it made me nervous but it didn’t cause my hair to fall flat at all and it surprisingly doesn’t clog the pumps.
I adore this brand and hope it becomes more accessible. I’m hoping to try the Melty version of the shampoo and conditioner once I finish these bottles completely.

I love &honey products. I first purchased these when I was in Japan, and I regretted not buying more while I was there. I have very thick hair and I use well water so my hair gets a lot of build up very rapidly, but this deep moist set keeps the build up minimal and keeps my hair shiny and soft and healthy. I can’t go back to drug store shampoo and conditioner now!

The best smelling shampoo I have ever used. I’m a guy with 4-5 inches of hair. This stuff is really concentrated, even half of a pump feels like too much.
