What I didn’t like was the way amazon packaged it. it was at the best piss poor and laziness, One little piece of bubble wrap packing. luckily the jug did not bust open from all the beating it must have taken. Not the fault of the seller.

Just Google all the benefits. Use for beard oil at night. Almost smells like peanuts which means it is natural and no additives just raw castor.

This is a wonderful price for the huge amount. I got this to moisturize the surface of my skin on my body and to moisturize and assist facial hair growth. It does moisturize skin very well but it is greasy and will stain clothing and bedding very easily. That’s not the seller’s fault though, that’s all castor oil for you. It helps men to grow a beard, can confirm. It doesn’t increase the rate of growth but it does create better conditions for hair to grow and eliminate ingrown hairs and dry skin. It thickens all hair on the body, giving beards a fuller appearance. I use this where I have eczema and it helps only the surface be less dry with no effect on redness under the skin. It does not seem to aggravate spots that are prone to acne. Higher quality castor oil from other sellers (cold pressed, glass bottle) has demonstrated the ability to be massaged into the skin and possess pain relief and anti-inflammatory effects deep within muscle tissue. This castor oil is less pure than that, and I bought it knowing it would not provide the same benefits so that is no surprise. If you’re looking for those benefits seek a more expensive brand. I’ve also used it on my three year old daughter for diaper rash as well as a face rash with success.
The only cons I can think of that effect me are the large bottle is a little hard to use when you only want a pea sized amount, could do with a spout on it.. and the smell is worse than any other castor oil I’ve used but that doesn’t mean it’s bad.

I have purchased several different brands of castor oil. This is by far my favorite. It has no scent and is so clear. It does not burn my eyes. It makes great hair and scalp oil. I don’t like the others and some of them burn and smell awful.
