I am on my second bottle now, I wish I took before and after photos. I have tried other pills over the years that did little or nothing so did not think this would do very much but was wrong. It has worked better then anything I have ever tried. This is only the 2nd DHT blocker I have tried, if you do not understand how blocking that helps the hair stay alive please look it up. My hair is thicker and the small bald spot that was on the back top of my head looks slightly thinning now instead. I think this particular formula blend helps since I have not had my hair this thick in years no matter what I took. I will definitely be taking this pill as long as it is around. I also take it at night before bed, not sure if that makes it more effective.

I bought this to help stop hair loss. I have the hair there, but the follicles are very thin, a sign of high DHT levels. Another sign of high DihydroTestoserone is prostate issues.
This is where my review will concentrate on now. Prostate.
I suddenly experience issues with going to the bathroom. I saw the doctor for my physical and he confirmed an enlarged prostate. This happens naturally as men do not stop producing testosterone, and many who produce too much end up losing hair and having prostate issues. Unused testosterone turns into DHT. I was put on a prescription to help alleviate the bathroom issues. The problem is, it didn’t. instead, it caused me to randomly pass out (aside effect that was supposed to go away but didn’t). Why would I continue a medication that would cause this and not help? I notified him of the issue and asked about a DHT blocker. WITH MY physical approval, I stopped the medication and started this. It’s been about a month and while I still have some very minor issues, it’s working on my prostate problem.
Obviously results will vary, and I have to assert if you are having prostate issues, TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR FIRST before stopping any prescribed medications or taking anything while being prescribed mediations!
I will update this in a couple of months if there are any changes in hair growth. I have noticed I have to shave more than I did before, so it does affect hair growth… I hope it does the same on the top of my head!

Seems to be working with more visible hair on my head, but I am noticing that my after 5 shadow mustache is more pronounced too. Even after shaving, still seems to be visible. More time will tell if it works for the entire scalp.

I’m taking the product as directed and I generally like Horbaach products, but I can hardly stand the smell. Seriously, what is that odor coming from? What product in the formula is causing that smell? I’m hoping this stuff works.

I have been taking DHT advanced for years now. This is by far the best one that you can get. Not to mention the price is more than reasonable. Take it everyday like you’re supposed, remember it’s not a magic pill you got to stay on it for a couple of months. My hair was falling out into a widow’s peak receding pretty far back. It has stopped that completely, and I actually do have some that has overtime come back in thicker. Also my beard grows in very fast, and thick.
