It definitely works well. BUT. My dial to change the temperature does not seem to work. It’s still so hot every time that it’s burning my hair when I use it. My regular iron does not do this so I know it’s this one. That’s my only complaint.

The media could not be loaded.
When we first received the crimper, we did notice it took an exceptionally long time to heat up, but we thought it was due to the product being new. Tried to use it again on New Year’s Eve After using it no more than 10 or so times in between the time it’s been purchased and now to find that it lights up, but nothings working inside. It did not get warm we tried multiple outlets, adjusting the temperature setting and nothing.. I’d like to think that we take decent care of our products it hasn’t been dropped or mistreated. When it was working, it did a fantastic job. I loved the results. A bit disappointing when it suddenly stopped working without warning.

I thought I’d never be able to use a wave maker for my hair as they never seemed to heat up past 320 degrees, my hair texture requires higher heat! When I saw this one went up as high as 450 I was sold!! I couldn’t wait to try it and did do as soon as I received it!! It worked perfectly and made my wavy hair dreams come true!! The Hot Tool Pro products are amazing, I also use their straightener, they are fast to heat up, lightweight and not bulky to use!
