El producto venía bien protegido pero al abrirlo al parecer ya había sido sacado con anterioridad, como se puede ver el cable venía suelto la caja en donde entra el cable giratorio estaba roto, la tenaza venía con una especie de producto aceitosa, y al conectarla como se ve no enciende.

This is the SECOND time I’ve had trouble with it!??
I’ve had several friends order this item and rave about it! Naturally, I was excited and ordered it too!
As soon as it arrived, I plugged the Hot Tool curling iron in and NOTHING. 💔
It wouldn’t turn on and no digital display.
I submitted a return request and thankfully they sent a replacement item immediately!!!
As soon as the NEW replacement arrived, I plugged it in and it WORKED!

This was nice and I almost kept it, but I dropped it on my neck while I was curling. I think it was because I am so used to clip less that I can’t use it. Too much with trying to hold onto the hair iron and manage the clip. But if you are used to a clip, this seemed great and very well made. Heats up in seconds. Would recommend.

I’m not a newbie to Hot Tools products. I’ve been eyeing this curling iron based on the aesthetic of it lol. It also matches with my rose gold titanium flat iron by Hot Tools.
The Curling Iron: It’s very sleek and light without feeling and looking cheap. It heats quickly and easy to use. The iron glides on the hair and doesn’t get caught on the clamp. It’s a super smooth process. It also seems to leave a slight sheen to the hair.
Curl Pattern: Don’t expect tight curls. This iron will give you beautiful tousled curls. If that’s not what you’re looking for, don’t purchase this iron.
Overall, the price of the iron is a steal for the quality you receive. If you’re on the fence about purchasing this, do it!
