I ordered this hair April 17 and had it same day delivered.. upon getting the hair the texture is very soft.. but the photo is of the amount of hair that shedded upon running my hands thru when I first got it.. the length is not a true 20 inch.. once you start to take the hair apart to put in braids.. the hair sheds.. causing the length to be shorter.. I got jumbo knotless so the one pack (with 2 bundles) was able to be just enough and still looks full.. now everyday I have had the photo sized amount of hair to shed… I have yet to get in the water with it because I dread that it with knot and tangle.. instead of being wet and wavy.. I haven’t added any products to it since getting it installed and it doesn’t look dry, the curl pattern is holding up pretty well and it still feels soft..

There is No way this is Human hair…I purchased this hair because it says in the description that it was human hair, I got my hair done August 27,2024 , less then a week it was nappy , rough… upon arrival, when i received the hair it was hard /rough but I was going out of town so I didn’t have a choice …I never write reviews but this is how bad it was … I would Never purchase Again !!! Today is September 15 it’s not even a month and I have to take this hair out …it makes No Sense Never Again
