Love the shampoo and the balm

I loved this shampoo and leave-in conditioner set and the only negative for me is the price. I don’t deduct stars for items that are expensive since it’s up to the buyer to decide how much they want to spend. The shampoo is thick, creamy, and lathers very well. I only needed a relatively small amount to wash my long hair and it smelled amazing, with strong coconut notes. Perfumes in hair care products can really bother me but this scent was one of my favorites. I initially thought that the conditioner was a standard rinse-out conditioner but when I put it on my hair in the shower, I immediately noticed that it did not have the standard creamy, slippery feel and instead felt more gel-like. I then read the instructions and realized that I should leave it on because it’s a leave-in conditioner. I wouldn’t classify this as a balm because there was no oily or greasy feeling from the silicone oils. Instead, it felt like a hydrating gel that did not provide any hold. I was very pleased with how my hair felt, looked, and smelled after using these products: soft, shiny, tangle-free, and fantastic-smelling.

I am really impressed with this product. When I read the reviews, I was a little suspect that my hair would feel, to the touch, so much smoother and healthier, but that is exactly what I experienced. Really love it.
