NGP –
This serum comes in a pink bottle with a dropper. The aspects I liked it were:
1. It has a mild rose smell that makes me feel relaxed.
2. When applied to a washed face, it gives a little tingle to the skin. But it does not burn the skin.
3. The serum is in an oil form so you can’t put it on in the morning but works as a night serum.
4. Despite the oily texture, it absorbs well into the skin.
5. The main problem is that it takes more than 3 weeks to lighten the skin.

My focus us of this is on a couple dark spots on the side of my face. This doesn’t irritate my skin and this is easier to use than my other exfoliant.

This serum feels very lightweight and smooth on the face. It is non-irritating on my skin, which is a huge plus, and feels hydrating too. I have been applying the serum before bedtime, followed by a hyaluronic acid moisturizer. The serum definitely adds extra hydration to my skin.

This serum works great for me. It does seem to help keep my skin clearer with a better texture. It does feel oily when I first apply it, but it soaks in really well and doesn’t leave oiliness or residue afterward. It hasn’t bothered my sensitive skin at all, so it does seem gentle but effective.

I wanted to give this product a good solid try before reviewing it. But I’m still kind of on the fence even after 2.5 months of regular use. I think my summation would be this: I’ll keep using it but I doubt I’ll buy any more. Mainly because I simply don’t see any results.
A couple of points:
– listing clearly states fragrance-free but it is NOT; however, the scent is light and does dissipate and has not triggered headaches or breathing issues
– it goes on oily but it does eventually get absorbed into my skin
– I read somewhere that AHA products need to be stored in dark bottles because light degrades the ingredients so the pink bottle might look attractive but might result is a shorter shelf-life

I really like the pretty pink packaging of this product along with the dropper, but the first thing I noticed is that there is a very light rose scent, and I am extremely happy that it is indeed light. The product is very greasy/oily on my face and there is definitely some tingling. In the morning my skin does look a bit brighter, but I have not seen any difference whatsoever in fine lines, wrinkles, or dark spots. I am also not liking that I am unable to sleep on my silk pillowcases when using.

Be aware that this is to be used at night only!
I follow directions carefully, as I have dry, sensitive, sun damaged skin.
Here’s how it has gone for me:
~ I took a shower & applied my eye cream. (Directions say to avoid the eye & mouth area.)
~ The dropper allows a small amount at at time, so I dotted my face.
~ It easily flows across my skin & leaves a slightly sticky residue at first.
~ After reading for about an hour, I noticed that some of it had absorbed, but not all of it.
~ Went to sleep and, in the morning, I rinsed my face with cool water.
~ As I did that, a bit of an exfoliation effect occurred & my skin felt really smooth & soft.
~ I had no redness or sensitive areas or ill effects – I’ve used the acid ingredients in this before on my skin & sometimes have a slight reaction, but did not with this serum.
~ I’ve been using it every 3 days at night & like the way my face is afterwards.
~ Price point is higher than drugstore prices (currently @ $47.00), but it has premium ingredients in a sturdy bottle with a dropper & box.
It’s a bit tricky to recommend a beauty product since we all have such different needs & reactions, but this serum is great for me!
