I read the reviews before buying this hairdryer and assumed people were nitpicking and being over dramatic about the poor placement of the buttons. They are not. It’s borderline unusable.
It’s really a shame too because it DOES dry my hair quickly but it’s nearly impossible to actually do a good job because I have to contort my hands to weird angles to avoid pressing all the terribly positioned buttons. Also, if you dry your hair in sections you likely turn the dryer off in between each section to gather the next section. For whatever reason this dryer uses buttons rather than a slider to set your settings (heat, strength) so every time you turn the dryer back on you’ll have to press the buttons to whatever setting you want again. And again. And again and again and again. I returned it after two uses – I was trying to treat myself with a nicer quality dryer but this just isn’t the one.

In the end, we opted to get the Shark hairdryer instead. This one is very powerful, but it forgets the settings every time you turn it off, which is of course super annoying. If you want a smaller hair dryer and don’t care if you have to reselect the fan speed or temp every time, this could be a good option for you.

Like how lightweight it is and the adjustable speeds and temp. The on/off switch is well placed, but the speed and temp controls are placed where I am constantly touhing them, which means I am constantly resetting them by mistake. Wish the shaft were a bit longer so my hand had enough space to avoid the buttons. The highest heat is not really very high heat compared to others I’ve had. Overall, I like it and don’t regret the purchase. But still hunting for the perfectly designed blowdryer.

This dryer has powerful air, but I have long hair and it makes my hair VERY knotty. Like the WORST kind of knots. Returned this and bought the dry bar dryer and love it!

I was very skeptical about buying this product because of all the bad reviews on here but I needed something delivered fast and this was the only option. I’m very glad I ordered! This product was way better than what I expected to say the least!
Very lightweight, easy to use, lots of power in such a small dryer. I cut my dry time down to 5 minutes! Not only my dry time but my style time after drying too!
I live on a semi truck 5 days a week and this has basically became my only styling hot tool.
Every time I use this dryer, my hair looks the same as when my stylist does my hair and I’ve never had that in a hair dryer before. So if you can’t tell by now, I’m super stoked about this hair dryer!
The one I had before this one was way more expensive and only last me about 2 years. Not what I expected from such a popular brand.

This hairdryer is both light and powerful. I have a bad wrist so holding on to most dryers hurts before I finish getting my hair dry. This one lets me get my hair dry quickly and without pain. I also have trouble holding down the cool shot button on most dryers and this one lets you hit the button once to turn it on. It has a sleek design and the light blue color is very pretty. The attachments are easy to attach and remove, no buttons or turning to get them on or off. Definitely worth the price even if it’s a little more expensive because of these features.

I am one of those ppl that have had the same brand Solano hair dryer for years – it’s old and bulky but it worked for my hair. I briefly splurged and bought a Dyson which actually was damaging for my hair (I have fine thick hair that easily dries out / breaks with intense heat). Returned it and went back to my old solano. I randomly saw a review for this conair and liked the price – so decided to give it a shot. It is AMAZING. My hair looks like I had it professionally blown out. It has never looked so smooth. It’s super lightweight and I appreciate that it doesn’t get crazy hot. Buttons are slightly annoying but only when I’m holding the round rush and dryer in the same hand. Will be recommending this to all my friends.
