I want to shout this out from the rooftop! I love this Volumizing Foam. This is not sticky, messy or flaky. It leaves your hair soft and feel weightless. I love the volume I get with my thin hair.

So, this product works very well on my fine, wavy hair. However, only when I use it from mids to tip, since it leaves residue on my roots. This prevents them from having any volume. On the other hand, it gives the rest of my hair definition and reduces frizziness. Overall, I like this product, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase, and will instead look for better options.

I really like this foam, it’s soft and plump on the hair and still provides definition. I have low density 3b/3c hair and fine hair strands so it’s really difficult finding products that work on my hair (plus I also have low porosity). I’ve tried volumizing foams from curls itch but they’re way too heavy for my hair and leave my hair feeling sticky when it’s dry but this one doesn’t!! My hair still feels super airy and there’s not really any “residue” feeling like how I’d get from other foams. The ONLY thing I will say is that it dries quickly in your hands and while you’re working it through your hair and when it dries while you’re still working it through your hair, there’s not much slip so I have been adding water to it in my hands, rubbing the water and foam together, then racking it into my hair and that usually does the trick! It doesn’t really have a strong and noticiable smell, it just smells like herbs which I love!ᵕ̈ it makes my hair last at least 4 days if I combine it with a gel or something to create a light cast on top of it. I use “i create volume” gel by innersense on top of the foam which creates that cast on my hair strands while also providing me any extra volume I need.

Helps with hold and drying time! Drying time was so much faster for my thick hair . Find the cost for size very expensive but buying it anyway .

My hair is essentially virgin hair at this point, I don’t apply heat or color it. Therefore it seems to need the gentlest of gentle products to bring the curl definition out and this stuff is a dream. I wash it every other day to avoid overloading it with product, so buying this every 2 months does add up. It barely has a scent and it’s so light! Wish the price was lower but I truly love this stuff.

I have fine, 2b/3a, low porosity hair. This is a cross between a mouse and gel. My hair responds very well to it. A little goes a long way.

This – along with the sweet spirit leave in – have changed everything. I have coloured, thin but abundant wavy (2c) hair and up until 1 year ago I did not wear my natural curly hair. My journey included curl creams, gels, but results and styling was not always consistent (I had amazing hair one day and then awful the next one). Also, I struggled with this during summer time or at my hometowns tropical heat, as it became completely freezy and spongy. I noticed the difference immediately after using this products. My hair does not have frizz (I would say almost at all), it’s silky, best texture ever and I really feel like it’s finally natural and healthy. Holy moly. I have thin, curly hair and this is the best curl product I have ever tried. I put almost a full pump on each side of my hair (left, right, and back), mostly just on the top layer, and it defines the curls AND makes it look more voluminous. As a bonus, the curls have a nice shine to them. I am obsessed with this.
The bottle is small and it’s on the expensive side are the only downsides. But, I’m hoping with the small amount I’m using, it will last a while.

Have used it once and like it. My hair kept a soft curl all day. Does not make hair crunchy like most hair products. Some frizz by the end of a 12 hour busy shift. The hair I was tucking behind my ear lost some curl. Biggest con is it contains (seems all the products do) Soybean oil. Once I finish the bottle I probably will not buy again because of the soybean oil.
