I purchased this product specifically for a trip to Europe to put in my backpack. While it does take a bit of time to charge, when you’re ready to use it heats up quickly, is easy to use, and takes up very little space and weight in your luggage. Highly recommend.

This product does not stay charged or heated. I missed the return window because I didn’t curl my hair that often but since I’ve had it I have now tried to use this 12 times and only ONE time the charge held. Even if this is plugged into the wall and charging, it’ll still shut off on you within the 3 minute mark. You will never be able to actually curl your hair if you buy this item. It was expensive, so please save your money and time and not get this.

I like the wand and it works great, but needs a charge after every use. I used the mid-temp and curled my chin-length bob – takes about 10 min to do my hair. If I didn’t charge it overnight after using, it wouldn’t last a “day 2 touch up” – meaning- halfway through my 2nd day hair, the wand would die. So I’m not sure I know how other reviewers said it lasted a long time between charging.
So- that said- it’s still a great travel wand, just be sure to charge it the night before you need it.

I am a left-handed accident waiting to happen kind of lady. This curling rod has prevented several forehead burns that a traditional curler would have given me. It’s light and the right lengthe for chin length flob. Yes. A flob. What I call a flowy Bob. Not pin straight but not curly either. No cord to get caught up in. Oh yah!
