I bought this straightener in June and it worked well for a good 5 months but since December the power seems low and even though it says it’s at the highest heat, it barely straightens my hair and it just takes much longer.

It gets nice and hot pretty quickly. It worked well for months but started dragging/tugging through my hair after about 6 months. The cord is much too long and gets in the way.

My go to flat irons always have been FHI but quality seems different not in a good way. So I purchased these ions and baby these are my new go to have to have flat irons. Heats fast, smooth on hair no snagging like a lot of other flat irons and price is great!
