I have used this eye cream before, and it is excellent. The only problem is that the jar was not filled all the way up. Maybe 60% filled. I returned it for a new one.

I used this for a long time and reordered. The jar has changed to clear glass from opaque. The product appeared used / chunky – not as thick as before. Not sure if I just received a bad batch or the formula changed. My eye area was extremely irritated and pained by the irritation. I used thick Nivea cream to neutralize. Bummed about this experience and not sure I want to try a replacement…
