I have thick oily black hair. I have always had trouble finding a DIY dye that can actually work on my hair. This is the best! It’s SOO easy to use. It doesn’t turn blue. I was skeptical about this dye but decided to try it. Must say I was pleasantly surprised that a dye shampoo actually worked. Easy to use, just rub shampoo into dry hair, wait 20 minutes and rinse. Covers grey well. Doesn’t stink. Think I found new hair dye. Waiting to see how long it last but don’t think that will be issue since it’s enough to reuse for a while.

This shampoo dye is really good and it works. Ive bought like 3 bottles for my mom and grandmother and they loved it. Very easy to use and more convenient for them instead of dyeing their hair and waiting a long time. It also hides grey hairs which they love. It isnt itchy and the scent doesn’t smell bad.

The product itself is nice and easy to use. My hair was not too dry afterward. However, I have medium brown hair and went with the brown color to cover grays and my hair turned out VERY red. My hair does tend to pull red but I was surprised at how red this brown pulled. I wish there was a chart showing all the colors because it’s hard to know how dark “coffee” or “chestnut” are compared to the brown. Going to give the dark brown a shot as this is much lighter (and redder) than I was going for.

I must say, I was a little hesitant at first about using this shampoo dye. But it worked great! However, it was very messy. Not sure how I’m going to get my sink white again but it was worth the money.
