Product is excellent. However, when packaging and shipping the product by mail, the product leaks inside the package. The manufacturer needs to package the product to eliminate the chance of leaking.

A few years back, I bought the Lemon Cream, 18 ounces, and then it was not available for years. Now it’s back, so I bought six bottles. However, I was disappointed when I went to use it. The color is no longer a white thick creamy texture. It’s now a brown liquid color. Although it does smell the same, it certainly doesn’t feel the same or lather the was use to.
I am disappointed. Now I have six bottles of this, and I won’t be purchasing it again unless they go back to the original formula. My question is, why did J.R. Watkins changed the formula? It was perfect before, and now it is not! Sadly, I can no longer recommend or will I purchase this product.

I’ve used this body wash at a number of hotels and fell in love with the scent and how its all natural formula is easy on my skin. I’ve bought this pack a number of times on Amazon and love it! Some opining on here say it’s not the same consistency as the hotel formula — and while there may be some truth to that, to be sure — its scent is spot on. I love this body wash and hope I can continue to purchase it on Amazon into the future!

This is one of my favorite soaps. I love citrus smell and this one is a sweet lemon smell. I cannot stand smells that are overpowering or too strong and I enjoy this in the morning. I wake up slowly and am definitely not a morning person. My shower routine is what transitions me from sleepy nonfunctional human to a awake functioning person. This soap and how it smells helps with that. I really do recommend this product if you like lemon. My only caution is that it does smell sweet too so if you don’t like sweet smelling soaps maybe find a way to try a sample first?

Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and they used this product in their built in soap dispensers. Found a local retailer that sold the lemon scented version. On the plus side I like the natural ingreadients and scent is not overpowering like some body washes. Unfortunately, my skin dries out quite easily if soaps are too harsh. That doesn’t seem to be a problem with this product. Both of the products I’ve purchased are more of a clear soapy liquid and not a cream like the hotel version. Not a deal breaker by any means.
This is a great value for the price.

I first heard and tried this product while I was on the road, staying at a Holiday Inn. I loved the scent and how well the body wash kept my skin moisturized.
When I came home, I looked for it in stores and finally found it on Amazon.
This body wash is awesome! My whole family loves it, that’s why I bought the large pack for them. I highly recommend this!
