This lotion has a great consistency and is moisturizing without feeling greasy which is super important because my husband already has pretty oily skin. He’s never bothered with moisturizer before because he’s so oily, but getting some daily SPF on his face is pretty important, and regular sunblock can cause blemishes on his skin when used too regularly. This lotion is an excellent mix of the two.
This lotion has hardly any scent to it which is great for someone with sensitive skin, and even better for someone that doesn’t exactly enjoy how a lot of men’s products end up smelling like cheap body spray. It doesn’t leave a white residue on the skin after being absorbed fully, and feels pretty natural to wear, according to him (I imagine anything will feel more natural compared to the regular sunscreen he’s been using previously). I think my only gripe about this lotion is how little you actually receive for the price, but a little goes a long way, and my husband has problems staying consistent with things like this, so it will hopefully last for awhile.

My husband isn’t a big skincare guy, but I knew he had to get some SPF for his face, especially during the summer. This is a great moisturizer that he is actually willing to apply. It seems to provide adequate sun protection and helps moisturize his skin. Little does he know that the hyaluronic acid and niacinamide are providing hydration and radiance! A great lotion.

Seems as though this has been reformulated. the larger bottle of this I purchased over a year ago and last a full year, absorbed into/disappeared on my skin after a few minutes and made my skin feel nice tingly and a little tighter. This little bottle I just got, is like regular sun tan lotion- sits on your skin and doesn’t feel like it does a thing except feel a little greasy. Some procurement people got Jack Black to reformulate is one of my guesses. Anyway, isn’t what it used to be. Unfortunate.

Great product, easy to apply, and fairly invisible for a mechanical sunscreen. It’s not water resistant so don’t use this as a replacement for activity-specific sunscreen where you need to rely on durable SPF protection for outdoor activities.

I used it once and thought the product had a bad smell. I was convinced when my granddaughter hugged me and asked why my face smelled so bad. I returned the product!

As my husband and I get older ( mid 30s) I am more cautious of my skin and ways to protect it. My husband on the other hand doesn’t care. But, this was a great way to sneak in some facial protection. The ingredients contain: Green tea, niacinamide,rosemary, zinc, etc. The packaging is “manly” enough that he doesn’t suspect that this is quite more than your average sunscreen. The scent is light and the moisturizing action is decent enough that the man in your life won’t notice anything suspicious.
