My daughter is an aesthetician and she got these for me. I had fine lines under my eyes and one line in between my eyebrows I didn’t have a number 11 I had just a number one and very slightly fine lines on my forehead. I have her wedding coming up in a few weeks so I’ve been using these every other day or every day as opposed to going and getting an acid peel done professionally and paying a lot more. they are working fabulous I highly recommend this product

Jan Marini Skin Research Marini Multi-Acid Resurfacing Pads, 30 ct.
I can have sensitive facial skin, so I get nervous when trying new peels and exfoliators, but I had a surprisingly good experience with these resurfacing pads. They are from a premium beauty company I’m not that familiar with (from what I can tell the line is new, mainly coming out in 2019) that does not test on animals.
As for the product itself – OK first impressions, but better impressions after use. The product comes in a small jar and is not sealed that well; the top seal comes loose easily and there’s space between it and the pads. The pads themselves are stuck together tight so you’ll have trouble separating them out; a little annoying considering the product is strong and you’re not supposed to use more than one pad each treatment. Directions and treatment were easy; directions were clear, with recommendations for those with sensitive skin and recommendations on how the schedule could be adjusted (they recommend starting out with at least 48 hours between treatments, but you can speed up once your skin gets used to it). You apply the product with the pad; it didn’t feel that abrasive or cause my skin to smart/sting, which was nice. I left it on for the recommended time and didn’t see immediate results, but after a couple of uses, I could really start seeing a difference! Some discolorations on my nose/cheeks evened out and even some of my acne went away. I was more impressed than I expected.
Overall – I’d recommend it. It’s expensive but I had results without my skin feeling too dried out or uncomfortable. I think the packaging could be improved but it doesn’t take away from the effectiveness of the product.

I’m an aesthetician, was working with Jan Marini products at my previous job, fell in love, really makes transformation on the skin, later found the same product on Amazon, love it, great for oily, normal, even dry skin (but maybe use only once a week or less, ) aging, mild acne.

These pads are great. A little stingy feeling at first but using them a few times a week will help your skin for sure.

Having received many facials before, I was a bit skeptical of an at-home product. This is the real deal and I’ll definitely reorder. I have no adverse reaction to it whatsoever. That said, if you’ve never had a facial before this product may seem intense. It is, a bit, but that’s what I want – something that works. Jan Marini products are high quality, professional grade and worth every penny.
