This was really fun to mix and apply with the little spatula. It’s very easy – mix the powder from the pouch with one scoop of water (and it comes with the little spatula and scoop for measuring the water). I mixed it in a little bowl, and then used the spatula to apply the resulting mixture to my face. If you apply it too thick it will drip, so keep an eye on it (or wear a shirt that you don’t mind getting messy). I do feel like there is enough in the pouch for likely 2 people to do a mask, so grab a friend and apply masks together! After about 20 mins, I could tell it had dried and could feel it starting to peel around my mouth since I had been talking. Peeling the mask off was easy – it came off pretty cleanly in a few sections. It did leave some bits around the edges, so I grabbed a wash cloth and water to wipe it away. I did find a few bits of mask in my hair later as well (might have wiped them in when I was using the washcloth), so maybe take care to not get too close to your hairline. The mask felt soothing and cool while it was on, and once it was off my skin felt hydrated and refreshed.

As an esthetician I tried these masks on me first. I was searching for effective jelly masks to use on my clients and I think I finally found them. These masks are all unique, each mask holding different benefits for the skin. They do leave my skin feeling really soft and smooth. No strong smell and nothing irritated my skin. It might drip a bit during application but has a super slow drip because of the thickness, making it easy to catch and apply in. Overall I am very happy with this product and I am definitely ordering more sets for my clients.
P.S. My advice here is to use all of the jelly powder with one scoop full of water and few more drops over (about a half of a teaspoon not more to nail the perfect consistency) and then apply a nice layer with thick edges because a thinner layer might be harder to remove. The mask should peel off easily in one piece if made correctly.

This kit comes with everything you need. I love that it comes with a measuring cup so you won’t have to guess at the proper measurements. Thr paddle applicator lets you get even coating all across your face. I still use both for my other powder face masks, the kind that comes in a big tub, and they work great.
The mask has a nice satisfying even peel when removing it. This leaves my face feeling soft and hydrated.

These are fun little packets for making jelly masks. You can control the thickness by adding slightly more or less water. A thicker mask will be easier to peel off. They do a good job and your skin does feel moisturized afterward although it does not last as long as some other brands I have tried. I appreciate that it comes with its own stirring spoon, would be really nice if they made a version that also came with a reusable silicone bowl. Overall happy with this purchase.

I’ve apparently been living under a rock because I didn’t realize jelly masks existed until recently. Since then, I’ve discovered how awesome these are. It’s like you took the easy clean up of a sheet mask and combined it with the deeper treatment of a more traditional facial mask. I love them. And these GEMSKIN Jelly Mask set of 3 Combo Pack Onyx + Emerald + Sapphire are absolutely fantastic.
They mix up well (one packet to one scoop of water – give or take) and are so easy to use. You do want them to be fairly thick so you can keep the edges thick when you apply it to your face to it is easy to peel off. Avoid your hair! These are an all in one kind of experience as you cannot save any extra after it has been mixed so don’t be shy about laying it on thick to your face (and maybe neck). A plus side of this is it can make for a super easy clean up of the dish you use to mix it if you let any remnants set first.
Each mask comes with its own set of properties so you can pick what works best for your skin in that moment. I love how soothing it feels on my face and it is a lot of fun peeling it off at the end of your treatment.
Seriously, get these. They’re awesome.
