I used after I towel dry my hair. I’ve tried a few different ( and more expensive) products for my hair after a shower but this is the BEST. Makes my hair feel so soft and doesn’t weigh it down, it also makes it tangle less easily. I have a lot of long, fine hair and it works great for me.
