I wanted a moisturizer with spf that I could incorporate in my morning routine. I found this product and I am so happy I did! It smells so good, dispenses and applies easily and leaves a dewy finish on your face all while protecting you from the sun! It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t like applying your standard sunscreen but still wants protecting from the sun!!

I bought this upon recommendations by a youtube influencer. What a big mistake! At first I ordered a 100ml bigass bottle, because it would also be a body sunscreen for me. Unfortunately, the bottle arrived all smashed up and gooey because Amazon had packed it in some rubbish paper envelope with no bubble wrap. Well I got my refund and went ahead and reordered, this time in 2 smaller bottles, to avoid breakage should they come in the same crappy paper envelope. They arrived in good condition, still in that annoyingly thin paper envelope as I’d guessed.
What i liked about the product was the scent. However, that was about it. The product would impart a greasy look and after 1h My makeup would literally melt off my face and my pores would hv visible zinc oxide white bits sitting in them and screaming for attention. Worst of all, my skin broke out with horrible cystic zits a few days into using it. So no, i will not be putting this gunk on my face ever again. I will continue to use it on my arms and legs, but this thing aint going anywhere on or near my face! An utter waste of my money.

It smells lovely. When first applied, there is whitecast but then it vanishes in matters of seconds as I keep rubbing it on my face. I like it that it is both moisturiser and SPF

I tried to get away from this because I do find it a bit pricey. Tried several other daily facial sunscreen, some mineral based, some not. Nothing compared especially if you have dry or sensitive skin, this product hydrates my skin and makes it dewy and glowy. And best best best of all it is the ONLY sunscreen that has worked well under my foundation. So many others pill and cake up. Look in a magnifying mirror and you will see what I mean! At first it goes on a bit white but will blend in. Worth the money, won’t stray again.

I agree the product does leave a bit of a white cast on my face but it does absorb quickly. I purchased this because of the level of SPF and that it is mineral based. I also was seeking a product that is moisturizing and am hopeful that the Argan oil properties will deliver as advertised.

When I was a (much) younger man, I worked at a ski resort for two years. One of the best pieces of advice I received was to use a facial moisturizer and sun screen every day. The brutal cold, driving wind, and blazing sun–sometimes all three at the same time–that one encounters on top of an almost 12,000-foot peak in the Rockies is harsh enough to turn your face into old leather in short order.
I have continued to follow the advice about daily moisturizer/sun screen to this day. I’ve tried many of the more famous brands, but for my money Josie Maran Argan Oil Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 47 & SunBoost ATB is the best and all that I’ve used for over a decade now. Thicker than many but not too thick, JM glides over and into your skin. It absorbs fairly rapidly so you don’t look like Casper the Friendly Ghost and there is no greasy feeling. I feel that it keeps my face well-moisturized throughout the day; on the other hand, I can definitely tell the difference if for some reason I forget to put it on. I absolutely love the 47 SPF. It’s not meant to be a replacement for sun screen if you’re going to be outdoors for an extended period, but it will protect your for most of your basic day-to-day non-athletic activities. I think of it more like a really good base layer of cold weather clothes; some days it might be enough on its own; but some days you need to throw a jacket on top.
All-in-all, a top-notch product!
