I would consider this to be a very light moisturizer, more appropriate for younger skin. It has an extremely strong smell that lingers for quite a while. I really don’t like my skincare products to have such a strong fragrance so that was a strike against this from the start.
After applying it initially left my skin feeling sticky rather than moisturized but after 10 minutes or so that feeling went away and my skin felt OK. I personally would want to use something a bit heavier at night with more anti-aging properties, and in the daytme I like my moisturizer to contain sunscreen which this doesn’t have. So between the smell and the lack of treatment properties this does’t really fit my needs. After trying it for a while I don’t feel like it is doing anything for my skin and am not going to keep using it. However, if all you want is a very light simple moisturizer and like very strongly scented products this might be the one for you.

Of course, the price is going to be a little high because the product works well. I was kind of scared to get this product but I’m very glad I did. I was dealing with some scars which within days I could see getting lighter and going away. do recommend, and will absolutely purchase again.

This “Juice Beauty PREBIOTIX Hydrating Gel Moisturizer, 1.7 fl oz” isn’t moisturizing enough for my skin at 51, but it’s ideal for my daughter who is 12. Her skin gets dry but is also prone to blackheads and oil, as well as random breakouts. This moisturizer is light, freshly scented, and it soaks in with a soft feel that isn’t too ‘moisturizing’. She doesn’t care for face creams that feel like something is heavy on her skin. She really likes how easy this is to smooth on (it’s a creamy, light green color) and how quickly it just vanishes and takes away that tight, chalky feel she gets after washing her face. Overall, she’s pleased, as am I.

I have acne-prone skin that’s been sensitized from prescription tretinoin to. I’ve discovered that products that balance skin microbiome have been helpful in controlling breakouts and keeping my skin soothed. This is one of the better ones I’ve tried. It may seem pricey, but it’s not as pricey as other, similar formulas. You’re getting an excellent value for the quality, and no cheap fillers. It’s housed in an opaque pump bottle, so no repeated exposure to air and light, which means the ingredients remain stable and potent for a longer period of time. (This is especially important because of the great botanical ingredients.) The texture is a gel cream, it feels decadent and light at the same time. It has a barely-green color, and smells incredibly fresh- but it’s a very light, natural freshness smell- nothing fake or annoying. It goes on so easily, and just seems to melt into my skin. It’s not sticky, greasy, or heavy feeling. It leaves my skin hydrated and soothed. I’m super happy with this!

I personally have dry and sensitive skin and this hydrating gel from Juice Beauty works perfectly on my skin and I absolutely love it. The packaging is basic and has their signature green design logo on it. It contains of 1.7 fl oz of product and even though it’s expensive for a face moisturizer but it’s very effective and worth it. The texture is gel and it blends perfectly on the skin and absorbs quickly into skin by massaging the gel on the face. It helps the skin stay hydrated and moisturized all day long and I love applying it under my makeup as it helps my foundation looks better on my skin.

This gel is a great warm/hot weather moisturizer. Super lightweight and absorbs quickly for a boost of skin hydration. Keep in the fridge and it feels sooooo good on skin that’s been outside in the sun too long or after a long, hot day thanks to the aloe. The aloe can make this gel feel a bit sticky/tacky, but it goes away quickly. It’s not a moisturizer that will tackle dry, parched skin, though. I found it to be more like a serum that would go under another, more moisturizing cream or lotion than a product you would use as a one-and-done moisturizer. Layers well with other products that aren’t from Juice, and that’s always good. The pump bottle keeps the product inside away from air and the need to scoop out with your fingers and possibly contaminate the product. The lid fits tight, which makes it good for keeping in your bag when you skin is feeling dry, such as when traveling (though you don’t want to apply over makeup).
Like all Juice products, it has an okay, slightly earthy-ish scent (they don’t use artificial perfumes to cover up anything) and isn’t irritating to sensitive skin or already irritated skin. All of their products I’ve used over the years have been really gentle, even their makeup. It’s a good line to start with if your skin doesn’t play well with harsh ingredients.

I have used many Juice Beauty products in the past, and I am very satisfied with this moisturizer. I have applied this product twice a day for two weeks, and the results were instant: my skin felt soft and moisturized and appeared to have a glow. The moisturizer is light and absorbs quickly into the skin. The moisturizer does have a scent that I would describe as “minty,” and upon application, the moisturizer does feel cool on the skin, which I like, but others may not. Overall, this moisturizer works well and has given me solid results. Lastly, because this product is organic/made with natural ingredients, the price is about right.

I have used this product for a few years now and absolutely love it. Because I have more sensitive skin, my face negatively reacts to a lot of other products that are either cheap or loaded with chemicals. Juice Beauty helps so much! I use their face wash as well and it works great especially with the moisturizer afterwards. Highly recommend!
