Outer shipping box was perfect but inside the actual JVN box It had been busted open and had oozed all over the inside cardboard making it soggy and gross. I don’t see where to contact the seller but if you are reading this I would love a replacement please. The return process says I have to send it back but I live out in the country and it is too much of a hassle because I love this product. Anyway! If you’re reading this please send me a new one. This one I got is going in the garbage 🗑️
