I have never hated a conditioner more than I hate this one. I used the pervious version of this for years and loved it. The first time I used the new one I thought I didn’t rinse it all out so I tried it again and again making sure to rinse for way longer than I should have and it always leaves my hair feeling like I didn’t get it all out. Please go back to the old formula.

This conditioner helps to extend the life of my Goldwell Kerasilk salon service. I preferred the smell and consistency of the previous version of the product. It is smoothing but too lightweight to use if I wasn’t already getting the smoothing treatment at the salon.

Sia lo shampoo che il balsamo di questa linea lasciano i capelli pesantissimi, la sensazione è quella di doverli rilavare il giorno dopo perché non puliti. Inoltre se avete fatto trattamenti con la keratina ve lo sconsiglio perché oltre a non lasciare i capelli lucidi (opacizza) rovina anche l’effetto del trattamento.

I use this with the Kerasilk shampoo, and it’s a great pair. Highly moisturizing without being too heavy. Hair looks shiny and soft. Nice scent as well, not overpowering. Love that it’s sulfate free so it protects my color as well as tame the frizz.
