I am giving 5 star rating to Adina’s Store customer service. There was a problem with the plastic nozzle and the customer service refunded my money. I only used the product 3 times when the cheap plastic nozzle/top snapped off. Re the 3 occasions I used the product I was pleased. I would not give a high rating to the manufacturer as the top is poorly made and, in my case, rendered the product useless after 3 uses.

I like the quality of the mousse — it was recommended by a hair dresser, and she applied it at the salon and it makes the hair fuller and smooth. HOWEVER, the two times I have bought it for home use, the dispenser QUITS dispensing after two or three uses, so you pay nearly $30 for NOTHING. I bought one from a salon, and one from Amazon — when the one from Amazon broke, they would not help me, did not eve tell me I could return it, and the seller would not help me either with an exchange. Also, the Ciment Thermique lotion I bought from a salon had a defective container — the cap broke shortly after I bought it — it hadn’t been dropped or misused in any way. The cap just cracked. So Kerastase containers/dispensers quality leaves something to be desired.

After extensive research to find a volumising mousse for my fine hair, I decided on this one as it had many very good reviews. HOWEVER………..it did not volumise my hair in the slightest. And it cost £25.
