I know the product is good. However, the bottle that just arrived at my door came with a missing cap.
I believe, that if a person pays a significant amount of money for something, should receive the merchandise perfectly, without a missing piece, correct?
This situation makes me uneasy and wondering if this Conditioner was a return or fake. I don’t like this feeling.

I was hesitant to purchase this after my hair gal recommended it due to the cost but boy does it work with tangles. You don’t need very much of it either to be effective so hopefully I will have this bottle for a long time. Would recommend.

This spray replaces their old fashioned cream leave in product I used for years. Always worrisome when a fave product gets discontinued. Fortunately, really like this leave in spray version. Nice and light but gives hair shine. The end result from the old and new product is pretty much the same.
