The fact this product did exactly what I needed for scalp care is amazing!! I’ve had dandruff from the harsh shampoos and hard water here and it totally cleared me up within 2 uses. I followed the directions to use every 3 days but honestly, after the second use I have not had a need to use it again. I am definitely keeping this product nearby just in case I get a bad case of dandruff once again. The price is fair. No hair loss when I used it. The scent does smell like a ceramic kiln but it’s benefits outweigh that smell.

This shampoo really lathers up despite being a bit thinner in consistency than expected (as some have mentioned). Some have said they dislike it, but it reminds me of the original Herbal Essence. My hair was very clean and light after using it. I can’t address flaking, because that’s not my issue. However, I tend to have one spot on my scalp that itches a tiny bit now and then – I would say the shampoo definitely helped with that from the first use. It has a strong herbal/earthy scent.
