The product itself seems fine, but it’s very runny. The design of the bottle is such that I have to be very careful when I open it that it doesn’t run out and it’s wasted. The bottle also leaked when I set it on the shelf. The shampoo is very expensive so that is annoying to see it wasted. I won’t buy again.

I’m pretty sure you’re getting a watered down version of the shampoo compared to what you get from Kevin Murphy’s website or a salon. The amazon bottle smells different, has a different color, and is much more runny. Ultimately it made my hair smell and look great, and it didn’t ruin my hair color. But I don’t like that I paid $40 for a different product that you get from the salon or original manufacture. See the video for differences.

Great scent, leaves hair clean, not feeling over cleansed and works well with matching conditioner. Not heavy for those concerned with thin hair. Would recommend and purchase again

First of all, I ordered a 250ml Fl Oz sized Kevin Murphy A
angel Wash for fine hair and got 8.4 Fl Oz (the original order and the replacement order).
Second, the first shampoo was very unhealthy looking when I removed the seal, with white globs in a thick dark shampoo that looked somewhat like oatmeal. I asked for a replacement from Amazon.
The replacement still looked like oatmeal but I shook it well and used for one shampoo. I could tell immediately that it dried out my hair. (The conditioner helped a bit.) Is this shampoo supposed to look like oatmeal and to dry out your hair??

I normally get this product from my stylist and had to get this from here while she was out of town. I noticed it didn’t seem to be the same thickness as the other bottles I’ve purchased but I wasn’t 💯 sure but I also had to use a tad more than before. So I took it with me at my most recent appointment and we compared, mine seemed to be more runny and watered down than what was at my salon. I will in the future plan more appropriately so I will not have to purchase this product from here again.
On another note, the product (not from here) is amazing, clean subtle smell, moisturizes and protects my aging, color treated hair and as a hair product snob, this is my go to brand for hair care.
