I received the cream without fully pack, plus the cap was a bit damaged. It was strange. I ordered products Kiehl’s earlier and always container was packed in polyethylene bag.
When I opened the cap, I saw that the container was half empty. Tell me, please, is it normal?

Very creamy and disappeared quickly but I didn’t see any improvement in eye area
