I love the product, but didn’t like the fact I could not return or get a refund! My bottle was broken and and I lost all my capsuels because of the glass in them. They are too expensive to not get get a replacement. It’s not Amazon’s fault, but I should be able to get a new bottle or refund.

I’ve been using these for about a week so far. They are easy to take and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. So far, I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair but I had been taking a different biotin supplement and I absolutely know that I need to take biotin every day to keep my hair in good health.
This bottle is a one month supply and you are supposed to take 2 capsules per day. The ingredients are specifically for nourishment of your hair, not just biotin like my previous supplement. Notable active ingredients include Keratin, Collagen, Vitamins D3, E, and B6, as well as Saw Palmetto and MSM.

I bought this product because it was recommended by my hairstylist which she got the info from her client as well. Because it helps with the growth esp for aging women. I have been using it for over a month and not see any progress. I’m only taking I capsule a day because if you see the Vitamin D is 5000 unit per capsule so if you take 2 caps, that makes it 10,000 units, that’s to much and too much of Vit D is not good., recommended in take by a Dr is 4,000 not to exceed. We need to be aware of that. Also I have not seen any changes at all with shedding. And also it’s giving me constipation.
