My favorite product is the shampoo bar. It lathers your hair up nicely without doing too much. It cleansed my hair without completely stripping it so if you’re looking for a shampoo that completely stripes your hair, this isn’t for you. I like to strip my hair every other week and use something more conditioning every other week. This is a good shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner though wasn’t as conditioning as I would’ve liked for my hair texture. I liked the smell of both bars.

These castor oil shampoo and conditioner bar has pleasing fragrance, not overpowering. Shampoo bar makes good lather, deeply nourishes and cleanse hairs. Conditioner bar moisturize and conditions hairs, makes hair soft and lustrous. These are made from natural ingredients and free from harmful, good quality bars to repair damage hairs.

I’m not as concerned on the hair growth as the usability for cleanliness and conditioning. First off, the idea of the shape in a S and C is brilliant, as I often cannot remember which bars are which in the shower. This cleaver idea is a game changer. I like both of these product for the intended use leaving my hair clean and soft. I find that bars are such and eco friendly way of using daily products. These are a win for me!

I was really excited to try this shampoo and conditioner bar set, especially since it’s made in the USA and free of parabens, which are big selling points for me. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I had hoped for.
First off, the bars didn’t lather well in my hands, which made it difficult to feel like I was getting enough product onto my hair. On top of that, they were quite slippery, and I kept dropping them in the shower. When they hit the floor, little chunks would break off, which was frustrating because I felt like I was losing a good amount of the product.
After washing, I made sure to thoroughly rinse my hair, but the next morning it still looked greasy and like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was hoping for that fresh, lightweight feeling, but my hair felt heavy and unwashed. I imagine that this bar might work better for someone with really dry hair, since castor oil is known for being moisturizing, but for me, it was just too much.

These bars are a great change up from the regular shampoo and conditioner. They smell great. Easy to use. I love that they are shaped as letters so you know which one you’re grabbing. Seem to last a good long time. Love how my hair and scalp feel after using these. Very happy with this set.
