I bought these to take with me on a scuba trip. I use the Turbie Towels to get the majority of the moisture out of my hair, and then twist the rest of it up with this scrunchie and after less than an hour my house is mostly dry. It isn’t meant to completely dry your hair, but it makes a huge dent into the damp in my hair. 10/10!

After using a towel I let my hair air dry. Not a heat fan. So when I have to go out after a shower I use these for when I put my hair up in a bun or buns. I bought some other brands and they’re good but thinner and absorb fast to where you need to wring them out. And hair is still wet. These are thicker and absorb better to where you don’t have to wring them out like the thinner ones. But warning if you color your hair with box dye it will stain the srunchies. Both of mine look like a red and white tie dye. Still cute. Sometimes I just tie the ends of hair with them since that’s where it’s heavy on the dripping.

These work really well as hair ties, but i’m not sure they’re super great at absorbing water. I have pretty thick and long hair and I slept in one overnight after showering, my hair only felt a little drier than it would’ve if i’d slept in a normal hair tie. Admittedly, my hair takes a really long time to dry, but I had kinda hoped this would be a miracle solution.

I am satisfied with the Kitsch towel scrunchies and would repurchase more. I wash them in the washer on delicate and hang to dry. I find they make a difference in how fast my hair air dries before I blow-dry it and it’s a nice way to keep my hair out of my face while I do my makeup or skincare routine.

I didn’t understand the hype. At all. But I heard so many good things about these towel scrunchies, so I bought a pair during prime day. Game changer! They’re big, fluffy, and super absorbent. As water drips down your damp scalp, it gets sucked up by these scrunchies instead of continuing to roll down your hair and soak your back. Like a towel for your ponytail. It’s so simple – why is this not in every store?
Good thing these come in a two pack because I let my boyfriend borrow one, and I’m certain I’m not getting it back. He has thick, curly hair, and he wears the scrunchie in a ponytail at his neck. He says he hasn’t had a wet back since.
My hair is fine, wavy, and long. I’ll wear the scrunchie in a bun, and the large width helps cover most of it, which means no dripping.

These microfiber scrunchies are pretty great for my long hair after I get out of the shower. I never liked towel drying but I do air dry and didn’t like the whole towel as a makeshift cape kind of deal to make sure my clothes don’t get soaked through, furniture, etc. I find with these little “towel” scrunchies my hair dries faster and they don’t leave any weird dents either. Overall it makes my hair drying process a lot less tedious and I wish I had known about these sooner!
