I bought this for a trip I will be taking as thought it would be easier to pack. I am a bit surprised at how good this bar works. It is easier to use than conditioner from a bottle. It leaves my hairql tangle free and soft.

I was sceptical at buying these products at first but so glad I did ,after chemotherapy and trying to get my hair growing to a good length before I can have my hair extensions in I have to say my hair has grown an inch and half with using this miracle product in 4 weeks, it’s so lathering on the hair with just a couple of rubs between the palms ,my hair is in fantastic condition now and I will definitely be buying more.

I have bleached blonde hair, meaning it’s damaged. However, using the purple bar conditioner soap softens the dry ends (only for a day). It can be a little difficult for aftercare use (needs to be stored in a dry place) and to use the bar when washing the hair. Overall, I see the value in using bar soap so would recommend it, to try and see for yourself.

So sad to write this as I had great experiences with the Kitsch Rice water shampoo and conditioner and their purple shampoo. I used the purple conditioner bar yesterday and had one of the worst hair days of my life. My hair was weighed down, was greasy, and just felt awful all day. I blow dry my hair and the strands were just clumped together and waxy. I used some dry shampoo to try to recover it and threw it back in a greasy ponytail. I tried it one more time to make sure that it was the conditioner and experienced the same effect. I made sure to rinse all the soap out and as my hair was wet in the shower, I could tell there was build up in it. This may work for some, but if you experienced what I did with this conditioner, you are not alone.

This shampoo helped my grey hair, plenty of moisture but not so much as it weighed down my hair.
The smell is light and pleasant.
However it’s a game changer for travel! No 3 oz. liquid restriction!
I bought the bag as well and it’s sooo easy to use! Just lather up, work through hair and voila!
So glad I got the bag…. Easy to store and dries completely. Wonderful product!

I bought this conditioner bar 6 months ago and just ordered a new one. I really like it. I have dark brown hair with blonde highlights and this, along with the purple shampoo bar, has absolutely kept my highlights from going brassy. So really impressed. At the same time I started the purple shampoo and conditioner bars, I also started using the rice water shampoo and conditioner bars. In addition to highlighted hair, I’m also experiencing thinning and was dealing with so much shedding last fall. I didn’t change anything in my routine except to switch to the kitsch products. I’ve had so much less shedding in the last six months.
I wash my hair every other day. So in 6 months I went through two conditioner bars. The shampoo bars have a little more life in them.
My one complaint is that when the bars get thin towards then end, they start breaking apart and are then basically useless. So it’s not like you get to use the whole bar. And I don’t find that I can rub the wet bar in my hand and then apply it to my hair and get the same level of conditioning as when I run the bar against my hair directly.
Do love this for travel. So nice to have one less liquid to worry about.
I do recommend the shampoo and conditioner.
