I ordered several different brands of mini hair clips and these ones because they said “recycled plastic” on the package.
These turned out the best among i ordered!!! The have true non-slip feel to them, a bit rubbery. They are perfect size for my very fine short hair, they lift the hair from the roots creating much needed volume, usually my hair just lays flat. Comparison: The scunci ones are regular slippery virgin plastic, the size is too small and difficult to open. Kitsch are easy to open. Also I like 4 teeth better than 3. Big fan of this product. Recommend!

I use these to hold my loose bun in place while I sleep and they work great, they are also great for quick and easy hair styles. they stay all day/all night, great quality plastic too my thick heavy hair usually breaks clips within weeks but these hold up really well.

Cute and feel of good quality. I love the matte finish of the colors and feels nice and soft and not plastic feeling. I have thin fine hair so it’s perfect.

Nice but very tiny, made for kids hair. I have very thin hair and these are quite small. Worst part was removing them from packaging ONE BY ONE. Needed scissors to remove clips one by one as they were individually attached with plastic zip ties. Horrible for my arthritic hands. Maybe a BAG would have been more appropriate.

The 16 pack of small clips are what I was looking for. They are tiny at 1/2″ wide and easy to hide when I’m trying to hold back shorter hair that won’t stay in a ponytail. The beauty is the flexibility of the matte plastic that is soft and smooth. They seem less likely to break when dropped than the shiny brittle plastic that is usually offered. The jaw closes down for a tight grab in fine hair.

I have a side-part bob hair style, and I always pin, with a bobby pin, the thicker side up/back so it does not flop in my face and eye. I have been doing this for years. I happened to see a YouTube video of a woman who has the same hair style, and she used a mini claw clasp like this in exactly the way I use the bobby pin. It looked much nicer. Hence, I found these here on Amazon. The tortoise blends with my hair color perfectly, and the claw holds much better than the bobby pin, in fact, until my next hair washing (twice weekly). These claws seem to be good quality, good clasping strength, nice looking. I am happy to have found this new way to hold my hair, the dawn of a new era for an old hairstyle.

These seem very well made, but I have fine hair and will not be putting these through the ringer 😉. The mini ones work better for me than the small (6 pack).
