This is the best anti-dandruff shampoo I have ever used. I have seborrheic dermatitis. I have tried many over-the-counter ones that have more medicine, as well as medications from a dermatologist, like oils, shampoo, creams, and pills. Sometimes in the very past, it was under control, but sometimes it was so extreme that I was waking up at night from itching and had dandruff all over my shirt during the day. I was getting a haircut once every week; if I waited for the second week, my beard would start itching. This soap has been a godsend. I use it both in my beard and on my scalp, on average six days a week. Even with countless past treatments, I had to shampoo daily to prevent itching and control dandruff. Don’t be afraid of what others do or what you hear. Figure out what works for you, even if they say you should not do this or that. I heard from many people that I should not shampoo every day (not from doctors), but it works best for my chronic condition. If I don’t shampoo enough, then it worsens quickly. I was at a point of where nothign else would work for me and not much more to try. I love this is a bar and is not a liquid form.

My hair smelled amazing after using this product. I do like the fact that there are no bottles, I do like that it’s shaped in an “s”. However I don’t get the 100 washes as it states on the box, my hair is very long and I like getting that lather when I wash. So that may be my issue there, but hair gets very soft when I wash with this. I will say warn your husband though about these. They are not soap and well…there you go. He loved it too.

I was hoping to love this product but unfortunately it has actively worsened my scalp. I haven’t had dandruff in a long time and this brought it back with a vengeance with a lot of flaking and itching.

I was reluctant to switch to a shampoo bar because I was worried it wouldn’t work as well as traditional shampoo, but I really like both Kitsch’s shampoo and conditioner! It’s just as effective as the bottled stuff I was using before, and without the single use plastic!

I really like this shampoo bar. It lathers well and is great for travel. It leaves my hair clean and not stripped of oil. I do wish that the shape would go back to the original circle so that is wears and uses more easily.
