I have trouble finding undereye concealer that doesn’t sink into the creases making my eyes look dry and crepey. Most of the time, I think the dark circles look better (and call less attention to themselves) than the wrinkly look I get from most concealers. Which is why I’m so happy to have discovered this under eye treatment/primer. When layered under concealer, this eye balm is a mini miracle. In the jar, it’s very solid but the warmth of my fingers quickly liquifies it for easy application. After application, I let it settle for a minute or so, then dab my concealer on over top and it looks excellent. So much better than on bare skin. Of course, it’s not going to have the lasting power of “baked on” concealer, but it’s preferable to carry the small jar of balm and my concealer stick for a stealthy touch-up than go out looking like a crinkled sheet. Despite the fact that this doesn’t seem to have any scent whatsoever, it does contain a host of essential oil compounds (limonene, linalool, citronellol, citral and geraniol) so if you have sensitive skin or don’t want to apply that sort of thing to the delicate skin around your eyes – best to avoid. But I’m loving it.

I bought this on a whim and I wish I hadn’t. It’s hard to get it out of the tiny container-it needs a tiny spatula.
I do not believe it does a thing, but it feels nice. Would not buy again.
It was a Nikol Johnson suggestion from You Tube; she probably gets free or discounted product.

I heard about this first from Nikole Johnson and her fresh beauty videos. I’ve used numerous eye creams in the past but, this balm is much better at moisturizing. Very soothing. Because it’s a balm, it doesn’t spill if I drop it while lid is off. i love it and will definitely reorder.

I really like this eye balm. It works very well for my over 50 skin and has an especially wholesome, natural feel. Initially I was a little hesitant because this product is a very dense balm- almost like chapstick- and previously the best eye cremes for me were creamy and light. It turns out this is just the thing for me. A little goes a long ways- I scoop a tiny amount with a q-tip (like in my photo) . As I pat it between my pinkies it begins to soften/melt immediately and I pat it around my lids and under my eye. It feels a bit thick for an eye product initially but absorbs enough over 5 mins or so to apply cosmetics. It does remain moist, but in a good way. It has a very, very light scent that is pleasant- perhaps honey and melon like? Not floral or perfume-like. I like everything about this product and expect to be part of my daily routine for the long-term.

I am in my late 60’s with very sensitive skin, large eye bags and dark circles from allergies, and have an oily T zone. I was disappointed that the online description for this product did not disclose the complete ingredient list, however, I was able to find it on the Kjaer Weis website, and I did post it for those of you who wish to see it.

I wanted to use this long enough to give it a fair chance, and I found that it was too oily on my skin, and stayed that way all day. It didn’t improve the appearance of my eye area, but it did make the area shiny, plus, it oddly seemed to accentuate the cross hatch type wrinkles under my eyes. On the positive side, it did not irritate my extremely sensitive eyes and skin. There is not much of a scent to this product except for a beeswax odor. I put my usual concealer over the top of this product after about an hour of applying it, and the concealer did settle into my lines fairly quicky, so it did not work well as a primer for me.

I will not continue to use this product, and the current price of $65 is not a good value for me.

I really like this product, it smooths and hydrates the eye area and doesn’t not irritate my eyes, I even use it on the eye lid. Great under makeup The only con is that is pricey.
