This claims to be a “rotating” curling iron. A rotating curling iron is an iron that you push a button and it rotates for you. This iron DOES NOT DO THAT! The barrel BENDS hence they call it “rotating”. (I have no idea what a bending barrel does.) I’m glad I noticed this before I gave it to my daughter-in-law for Christmas because she wanted an actual rotating curling iron!! Returning.

I love this curling wand. I also have the curling iron and love the rotating pivot feature on this one. For those saying the description is misleading they DID NOT read the details correctly or understand what pivot means. It never claimed to self rotate. You manually have to turn the wand to get the desired angle. Do not let this keep you from buying as it makes getting the hard to reach places a lot easier to curl.
