Kristin Ess Deep Clean Clarifying Shampoo is one of my favorites for a fresh start. It smells incredible and has a great texture. It’s super effective at removing product buildup, mineral deposits, and excess oils without feeling overly harsh. I use bond repair treatments, and this shampoo preps my hair perfectly by removing buildup first. It’s gentle enough for my damaged, beach blonde hair but still gives that deep clean feel. Love that it’s cruelty-free, vegan, and free from parabens, phthalates, and silicones. Definitely a go-to for anyone looking to detox their hair!

I have very naturally thin, oily hair (type 1A). I have tried “clarifying” shampoos in the past that made my hair feel like straw. However, this shampoo is great, it removes build up, oils, and impurities from my hair without being overly stripping. My hair feels normal and not dried out after use. Bottle is cute and product smells nice.

I have thick, long hair and it tends to be oily at the roots. The oils been building up along with the hard water that comes through my plumbing. I couldn’t seem to get it clean. I used this shampoo once and my hair was clean, shiny and not dried out like some clarifying products do. The smell is mild but pleasant and it lathers nicely.

I was not expecting this shampoo to smell as amazing as it does. It lathers really well and it is an amazing clarifying shampoo. It’s very easy to spread and cleans very well. I used some very heavy oils on my hair (like coconut) to see how well it washes it out. My hair felt so clean! The one thing I didn’t love was the container which is why I didn’t give it a 5/5. It’s in a flimsy plastic container but other than that I find it to be an amazing and affordable shampoo option.

This shampoo is awesome! It smells fabulous, looks cute, and really cleans your hair! My hair felt so clean after and looked it too. This is your reminder not to use it every day. It can be pretty hard on your hair since it is such a deep clean. Perfect shampoo at its price point!
