Excellent, I have knowledge of hair quality and this is good and does not have synthetic mixtures, the colors are well managed and do not damage the fiber, it is soft and silky, for the price I paid it is excellent, the only thing it needs is more support in more gripping pieces, but you can improve this by putting more clips for better grip in your hair, I hope the company reads my review and improves this, which is the only thing that needs to change.

First let me say that I have purchased many different hair extensions over the years. Many of them on Amazon. This ponytail is human hair and great quality for the price. The best part of it is the customer service that came along with the purchase. The one that I got was slightly off of what I needed and I reached out to the seller with a question and they have bent over backwards to make me happy. I’ve never seen that before here on Amazon with hair extension if you have any doubts on purchasing these, you shouldn’t as you won’t be disappointed in them at all for the customer service that goes along with extensions.

However, I did return due to the halo wire seemed a little thick and her hair a little too thin to cover it. This was our 1st halo- will try just the pieces next and if that doesn’t work then a topper.
